Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Branch Performance.
- Ensuring over-achievement of Branch Sales targets.
- To increase the G.L. Size of the Branch with focus of Cross-selling and 3rd Party Products.
- Working towards maximizing profits and fee-based income for the Branch.
- Ensuring Outstanding audit rating of the Branch.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service in the Branch.
- Proper implementation of Quality standards and achieving outstanding quality scores.
- Ensuring cross sell of liability products like Tax saving Bonds, Mutual funds, IPOs, Pos, FDR, CA-SA, Life & General Insurance.
- Sales of Asset products like housing loans, car loans, personal loans etc.
- Working towards the optimization of the operating cost of the Branch.
- Imparting functional training to staff.
- Motivation & development of subordinates.
Hiring Criterias
- Total Experience must be more than 8-10 years in Banking - Retail.
- Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5-2 years + No recent promotion.
- A double grade hike will not be offered to the candidate grade fitment to be checked bank to bank.
- Required Book Size : GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 100Cr +.
- If his current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be mentioned along with the org name.
- MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (80-100Cr) / AUM + CA (80-100Cr).
