
AVP - HR (Corporate)
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage the organizations Performance Management System (PMS), Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs. This role is pivotal in driving employee engagement, aligning workforce performance with business goals, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management framework.
- Partner with business leaders to align performance metrics with organizational objectives.
- Drive annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on performance evaluation and feedback.
- Monitor effectiveness of PMS and recommend enhancements based on analytics and employee feedback.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
- Oversee employee benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness initiatives).
- Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership on annual compensation reviews and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Design and imlepement innovative R&R programs to foster employee motivation and retention.
- Partner with leadership to celebrate achievements and milestones across teams.
- Track effectiveness of R&R initiatives through employee engagement surveys and feedback.
- Ensure programs are inclusive, equitable, and aligned with company culture.
