- Investment products and asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives)

- Investment Operations lifecycle

We are hiring an experienced professional to lead and transform the Client Reporting function within Investment Operations. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in investment reporting, strong technical capability, and proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Client Reporting including factsheets, performance reports, and bespoke client deliverables

- Drive reporting transformation through automation and digital initiatives

- Manage and develop a high-performing reporting team

- Ensure accuracy, control, and compliance across all reporting outputs

- Partner with global stakeholders across Investment, Technology, and Change functions

- Deliver insights through MIS, analytics, and reporting frameworks

- Support client onboarding and reporting customization requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 10 to 14 years of experience in Client Reporting / Investment Reporting within Asset Management or Investment Banking

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct team management experience (mandatory)

Strong experience in:

- Factsheet production

- Performance and portfolio reporting

- Bespoke / customized client reporting

- Solid understanding of:

- Investment products and asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives)

- Investment Operations lifecycle

Advanced technical expertise in:

- Power BI (mandatory)

- Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros (mandatory)

- Experience with reporting platforms/tools such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet, Eagle (preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field

- CFA / FRM / IOC certifications preferred
