Role : Client Engagement Manager (Banking/Financial Services)

Location : Gurgaon

Who are we looking for :

- A senior professional who has excellent client relationship management skills and delivery/account management experience in the BFS domain.

- The individual should be a Self-Starter with ability to grow the Account.

- The Individual should be passionate about technology besides conceptualizing newer delivery models to meet client needs.

Qualification :

- 18+ years of industry experience, with hands on delivery/ account management skills in BFS domain.

- Experience in delivering modernization programs with agile exposure.

- Excellent communication, Client management skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems.

- Working alongside the delivery team and be able to map Mphasis services that are of relevance to solve clients business needs.

- Work closely with the Sales Leaders to Grow the Account.

Skill Set Required :

- Should have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.

- Should have the drive to grow the account profitably.
