Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute channel sales strategy for solar products.
- Expand and strengthen distributor, dealer, and EPC partner networks to increase market reach.
Revenue & Performance
- Own and deliver channel sales targets.
- Drive market penetration, monitor pipeline performance, and align demand forecasting with supply chain.
Partner Management
- Build and manage long-term partner relationships.
- Conduct business reviews, enable partners through training and marketing support, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Market & Competitive Insights
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Enhance channel programs, incentives, and engagement models.
Leadership
- Lead and mentor regional channel teams.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 15 years of experience in channel sales in solar domain
- Track record of building and scaling channel networks.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
