About the Organization:


Our client is a large, reputed organization with a global footprint, committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview:

The AVP Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption will lead the organizations ABAC framework, ensuring compliance with global anti-corruption laws and internal policies. The role will work closely with senior leadership, legal, audit, and business teams to embed a strong culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

ABAC Governance & Strategy:

- Design, implement, and continuously enhance the global ABAC program

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local anti-corruption regulations)

- Develop and maintain ABAC policies, procedures, and controls

Risk Assessment & Monitoring:

- Conduct periodic ABAC risk assessments across geographies and business units

- Monitor high-risk transactions, third-party engagements, gifts & hospitality, and facilitation payments

- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate bribery and corruption risks

Investigations & Advisory:

- Lead and oversee internal investigations related to bribery, corruption, and ethical misconduct

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership on ABAC-related matters

- Coordinate with legal, internal audit, and external counsel as required

Training & Culture Building:

- Drive ABAC awareness and training programs for employees, leadership, and third parties

- Promote a strong ethical culture and tone-at-the-top

Third-Party Due Diligence:

- Oversee third-party risk management, including due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring

- Review contracts, representations, and compliance certifications

Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the board / audit committee

- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders when required

Key Requirements:

- 17 to 21 years of experience in Compliance, Ethics, Legal, Internal Audit, or Risk

- Strong hands-on experience in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) within IT / ITES or multinational organizations

- Deep knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and global anti-corruption frameworks

- Experience managing investigations and third-party risk programs

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence

- Excellent communication and advisory skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Legal background or professional certifications (LLB, CA, CIA, CFE, CRCM, etc.)

- Experience working with global teams and cross-border regulations
