Position Objective / Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Financial Statements as required under schedule III of Companies Act 2013 with adherence to all mandatory Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) of ICAI. 2. Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement - Consolidating financials of all subsidiary companies of Parent entity, identifying elimination data. 3. Ensuring proper month close for the accounts Department. 4. Timely Completion of all Audits (Statutory, Internal and CAG). Ensuring no major observations. 5. Review and Oversight of all direct and indirect tax returns including Deferred tax computation and tax accounting. 6. Preparation of Capital Plan, Capital Adequacy, leverage ratio and other returns for the Parent entity. 7. Supervising any submission for assessment or query from Tax Departments. 8. Preparation and submission of quarterly memorandums to the Board on financial statements, tax status, related party transaction etc.. 9. Review of tax audit and providing data for Form 3CEB for transfer pricing certification. 10. Supervising the fixed assets register and schedules for Fixed Assets. 11. Review of Employee Welfare trusts financials and income tax returns. 12. Supervise the team in Accounts Payable and Accounting Operations. 13. Understanding MIS reports, preparing Variance Analysis and presentation for the Management. - Attributes Proficient in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements, along with impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership. - Well-versed in both direct and indirect taxation and experienced in preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) and presenting key financial insights to management. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and subsidiaries; known for building strong working relationships across teams. - Effective communication and writing skills, with a confident ability to interact with and present to senior management. - Recognized for a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines, particularly during quarter-end closures. - A natural leader and team player, capable of motivating teams, setting high standards, and leading by example.
