- Secure product specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Track project pipelines and ensure smooth order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, support, and delivery.
3. Sales Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate new project leads and expand specifier network.
- Achieve territory and project sales targets.
- Promote premium product portfolios for high-value projects.
4. Technical Presentations & Product Education
- Conduct presentations for architects and builder teams.
- Train stakeholders on product features and installation needs.
- Introduce new product launches and solutions.
5. Market Insights & Competition Tracking
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain project databases, reports, and specification updates.
- Share insights to support strategic planning.
