About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by leading and developing a successful team of advisors/agents. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of team management, from recruitment and training to driving business development and ensuring adherence to high business standards. Key Responsibilities:
Team Development and Management:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively source, interview, and hire qualified advisors/agents to build a high-performing sales team.
- Training and Mentorship: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip your team with product knowledge, sales skills, and ethical business practices. This includes continuous mentorship and coaching.
- Team Building: Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team environment. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one reviews to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Business Development: Drive and oversee the team's efforts in new business generation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation Training: Train your team in effective lead generation strategies across various channels, including:
- Social Media engagement and campaigns.
- Networking and professional relationship building.
- Generating referrals and leveraging word of mouth marketing.
- Client Engagement: Coach the team on effective prospecting, including local client or field visits, to convert leads into long-term customers.
Compliance and Process Adherence:
- Process Management: Ensure the team strictly adheres to required business processes and norms, including sales documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Solution Delivery: Guarantee that the advisors/agents are providing appropriate and ethical financial solutions that align with customers' needs and best interests.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
