Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven team Assistant sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires a strong leader who can foster a positive team environment, improve sales performance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Training and Development:

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Keep the team informed about new products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales management.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in strategic planning and execution.

- Knowledge of trends and market conditions.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
