Education & Experience:

- MBA in Human Resources or related specialization.

- 5-8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startup or growth-stage organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

- Build strong pipelines for niche, leadership, and high-impact roles.

Startup-Focused Hiring:

- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

- Leverage social media, professional networks, and creative outreach to engage passive candidates.

- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the startup as an employer of choice.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with founders, leadership, and functional heads to align hiring with business goals.

- Provide consultative support on workforce planning and talent market insights.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects startup culture and values.

Data & Process Excellence:

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).

- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review.

- Continuously refine processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Culture & Onboarding:

- Drive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the startup's culture quickly.

- Support initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business acumen with ability to align talent strategies to organizational goals.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to dynamic startup environments.

- Expertise in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

- Relationship-building skills with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.

- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance
