- Strong experience in business role hiring

- Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates through various channels

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers & business stakeholders

- Ensure quick turnaround & excellent candidate experience

What we're looking for:

- Experience in BFSI/NBFC domain is mandatory

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
