Position Purpose and Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for the Organization from Sourcing and Screening to Offer management and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and adept at hiring across functions in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing full-cycle recruitment, in the Beauty & Personal Care space.
- Partner with Business and Hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across functions.
- Manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
- Leverage recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.) and agency partners effectively.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring processes.
- Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay updated with talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
