Job opportunity in Noida for Assistant Manager - Statutory Compliance, in this role one would be primarily responsible for adhering to Statutory Compliances as per relevant employment laws of India. The job includes proactively identifying issues within the company from Statutory Compliance perspective pertaining to Labour & Employment Laws. The role requires representation on all open issues before the authorities to include a few like ESIC, EPF, LWF, PT, CL(R&A), PoB, PoG, PoW, Maternity Benefit Act, MW (Minimum Wages) including adherence to the State Minimum Wages as per prescribed notifications. for a leading IT consulting organization. One with prior exposure into Statutory Compliances as per relevant Acts & Employment Laws and Understand Statutory Compliance Functioning and Deliverables. Preference will be given to LLB with MBA in HR. Shift - 11 am to 8 pm Location: Noida (Work from Office) Your Future Employer: One of the leading IT Consulting organization. Responsibilities: - One would be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all activities & tasks pertaining to Statutory Compliances are completed within stipulated timelines and report to Supervisor. - One would be responsible for ensuring Compliance partner works including timely processing of all of Invoices as well as addressing any challenges involved and create performance improvement plan accordingly. - Monitoring and ensuring monthly internal compliance are in place and being reported and updated on tool. - One should be hand on for both Internal (Payroll/ Finance, HRSS, HRMS, C&B, Legal, HR-Compliance) & External (EPF, ESIC and Labour Office and other Labour Authorities) interactions. - Ensuring timely adherence of State Min. Wages as per prescribed notifications. - One would be responsible for preparing & updating the legal / notices tracker for various government notices received & status of government inspections being undertaken in the organization for internal reviews. - Responsible for creating repository to include below artifacts - Managing all returns under various Labour Laws- MB Act, MW Act, POW, Stat. Bonus, Employee Compensation Act, LWF & Employment Exchange/ Representations submitted before the labour department ESIC / EPF Qualifications: - Experience of 6+ years in end to end compliance role. - One with LLB is a must. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications - Good Analytical/ presentation skills - Data gathering ability - Strong knowledge of Employment law, Local Laws & Regulations
