Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Shower Enclosures across Ludhiana and surrounding regions.

- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and dealers.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to business growth.

- Provide exceptional customer experience through in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling approach.

- Plan and execute promotional activities, market development initiatives, and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, installation, and after-sales service support.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-6 years of sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, glass fittings, or related industries.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to undertake fieldwork.

- Strong local market knowledge of Punjab, especially the Ludhiana region, is highly desirable.
