You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business expansion strategies. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis. - Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure. Market Research & Lead Generation: - Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies. - Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, digital research, and strategic partnerships. - Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Client Relationship Management & Solution Selling. - Understand client needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions to address their challenges. - Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: - Support and mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance. - Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to optimize business processes. - Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and strategies. Negotiation & Strategic Partnerships: - Engage with decision-makers, stakeholders, and resellers to develop strategic partnerships. - Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company. - Strengthen collaborations with channel partners to drive sales growth. Sales Analytics & Reporting: - Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to leadership. - Maintain detailed CRM records and track key sales metrics. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing sales performance.
