- 3-8 years of relevant experience in manpower/resource planning and analytics
- Support resource planning & manpower planning teams with daily/weekly/monthly analysis for constructive roster through pre-assignment, published & actual analysis,
- Own the end-to-end manpower planning function, ensuring data-driven short, medium, and long-term forecasting across operational divisions
- Build and implement advanced models and simulations to optimize resource utilization, pairings,
- Conduct scenario analysis to drive strategic workforce decisions
- Design and automate dashboards to monitor KPIs for manpower
- Prepare management-level reports to recommend action plans and track performance against targets
- Strong command of Power BI, Advanced Excel, Python (Preferred) ; knowledge of other analytical or statistical languages
- Apply mathematical principles and statistical approaches to solve operational problems
- Experience of statistical and predictive modelling
- Hands on experience on AI / ML
