Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance and Rewards Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key aspects of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance assessments. You will also support compensation processes by maintaining accurate compensation data, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights to inform compensation-related decisions.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:


- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments


- Ensure timely and accurate completion of performance evaluations, ratings, and feedback

- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the process and system

- Maintain and update compensation data, including salary, bonus, and benefits information.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and generate reports to support decision making, including market trend analysis, salary range recommendations, salary benchmark, performance and promotion data analysis and trends

- Create interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize data and trends.

- Use data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data alignment and consistency

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement initiatives

- Ability to understand cross-cultural sensitivity and manage global interactions.

- Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity and objectivity.

Requirement:

- 2+ Yrs of relevant experience in Performance management , Reward & Recognition

- Graduation/Post Graduation
