Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Collate payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing through external vendor.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Manage statutory and regulatory HR compliances through vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
HR Operations:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors for HR service delivery.
- Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and other employee-related communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation systematically.
Audit Management:
- Manage and coordinate HR and Payroll audits from Cipla Healths end.
- Ensure timely submission of audit requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage vendor relationships effectively.
