The Challenge:
As Assistant / Manager - Sales, you will be focused on new customer acquisition by leading complex sales cycles and presenting to C-Level executives the value of our Enterprise Grade Application Suite.
The sales teams attributes: motivated, tenacious, self-starters, who are experienced in selling enterprise SaaS / cloud software into the Procurement, Accounting, Sales, Distribution Management, and IT functions.
What You will Do:
- A pure quota carrying role
- Meet and exceed sales targets toward on-target earnings
- Experience in driving new logo acquisitions (hunting role)
- Proven track record of success selling to mid-market and large enterprises with 5000+ employees
- In-depth understanding / experience in related technology in CRM / DMS / CX space
- Develop corporate/client-level GTM strategy across targeted region, account, industry segment
- Prospect, build pipeline, and sell the flagship platform to net new enterprise accounts
- Pursue inbound and outbound leads and assist the sales development team with lead qualification
- Consistent at engaging with C-level of an organization and great at building relationships
- Be an expert resident of the flagship platform on unique positioning and value proposition
What You Need to Succeed:
- 7 to 12 years of direct enterprise software sales experience in SAP enterprise accounts
- Experience working with a similar procurement, sales, or supply chain software company
- Unique understanding of downstream and upstream supply chain
- Ability to create customer value and volume deals
- Experience in selling a value landscape to customers
- Ability to help grow $Million deals
- Consistent and proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota
- Must be within Top 10 of quota contributors in past positions
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech with MBA, with an aggregate score of 70% or above
