Desired Candidate:
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with a background in OD, and L&D
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, OD/Organizational Behavior or Organizational Psychology
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail + process discipline
- Strong communication skills for employee interfaces
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Proficient in HR analytics, change management and digital tools
- Ability to recognize patterns from feedback & escalate insights
- Learning agility
