Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Strategy - BFSI/Insurance

Job Title : Assistant Manager/ Manager.

- Experience : Min 2 to 4 years( Max).

- Location : Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mobile App Management: Oversee the mobile app product roadmap, lead app enhancements, track KPIs, and optimize the user experience in collaboration with product, IT, and vendor teams.

- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, app) to drive customer acquisition and engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee RFP processes, ensure timely delivery, and track vendor performance for app development and campaign execution.

- Strategic Planning: Support digital strategy execution, conduct market analysis, and recommend growth opportunities in digital channels.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, IT, and operations teams to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution of digital projects.

- Research & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on digital adoption trends, monitor industry regulations, and evaluate their impact on business and strategy.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 2-4 years in mobile app management, campaign management, and vendor management in the BFSI or insurance sector.

- Skills: Strong experience in digital marketing, app product management, vendor relations, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
