- Acquire talent to support the present and future Hiring requirements aligned to Business strategy. - Manage end to end Talent Acquisition responsibilities for the Group for senior leadership positions (Sourcing, Screening, Offer Management, Employment Contract Management etc). - Develop proactive talent mapping of potential hires in partnership with the Talent Management COE to meet future requirements for the group. - Responsible for core TA KPIs: TAT, Diversity and Inclusion and quality of hiring. - Execute Best hiring practices in acquiring the new talent. - Manage International and Domestic search partner's empanelment. - Manage exceptions and liaise with internal as well as external stakeholders. - Generate MIS and maintain data for International TA and HR related processes. - Keep internal stakeholders updated on their hiring requirements.
