
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to drive key people processes and ensure seamless HR operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and HR technology. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordination with partners and portals
- Manage vendor relationships, payments, and psychometric assessments
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closures
2. Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Oversee HRMS data updates and induction programs
- Ensure smooth onboarding, seating arrangements, and profile uploads
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, driving a positive experience
3. Compliance & Background Verification
- Coordinate with external agencies for background checks
- Ensure timely vendor payments and compliance documentation
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute engagement initiatives and celebrations
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
5. Performance Management & Analytics
- Administer PMS portal, generate reports, and track completion
- Support managers with data-driven insights for performance reviews
6. Learning & Development
- Update IDPs, monitor program completion, and manage learning platforms
- Prepare reports and track development initiatives
7. Exit & Separation Management
- Manage HRMS exit workflows, documentation, and F&F settlements
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure compliance
8. HR Technology & Data Management
- Serve as HRMS administrator, troubleshoot issues with tech teams
- Maintain accurate data for audits, IR, and decision-making
9. Organizational Development & HR Projects
- Support Head HR in OD interventions and strategic HR initiatives
10. Employee Benefits & Grievance Handling
- Administer benefits programs and resolve HR process-related grievances
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and advanced MS Excel/reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
