Assistant Manager - HR (Compensation & Benefits) Role specifications: - Manpower planning and compensation administration - Custodian of organization structure - Supports manpower headcount and cost planning for the year and monitoring the same through the year by providing accurate forecasts to finance teams and taking actions where needed to ensure budget adherence. - Responsible for managing non manpower budget for HR function and release quarterly reports to monitor spends of the function. - Provides support on all compensation & benefits processes including but not limited to generation of increment and other compensation letters, maintenance of relevant documentation across processes and resolving any queries around compensation. - Leads the process on variable pay provisioning to provide an accurate estimate of the variable pay spends in the company. - Coordinates with external vendor/agencies to run the compliance process for all sales offices across India. - Works in close collaboration with the Global CoE lead, HR Operations team to ensure data integrity and process controls are instituted and maintained - Audits the quality of data and takes corrective actions with relevant teams from time to time to ensure reporting accuracy and quality are maintained - Support in running the talent management, career and development process for the business. - Be responsible for ensuring completion of these processes timely with superior quality - Centrally track talent actions agreed as an outcome of the talent process - Provide execution and project management support for ad hoc requirements Skills required : - Excellent proficiency in MS Excel skills along with ability to handle large amounts of data and put structure to the same - Exposure to Success factors systems will be an added advantage - Experience in making dashboards, reporting and analysis - High attention to detail, timeline adherence, responsiveness, ensure process compliance and delivery excellence - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and set processes to ensure data accuracy
