Assistant Manager Human Resources

Your core responsibilities will include:


HR Business Partnering & Organizational Support


- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and managers across functions.


- Proactively support organizational design and change initiatives to enable business performance and employee engagement.


- Collaborate on workforce planning, competency modelling, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place for strategic goals.


- Guide managers in performance management, feedback processes, recognition, and talent development frameworks.


Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding


- Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal HR and Business roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals and campus hiring initiatives.


- Plan and execute campus hiring for entry-level and early-career roles, including institute engagement, coordination of hiring drives, assessments, interviews, and pre-joining engagement.


- Own and manage Natives employee referral program driving awareness, ensuring timely communication, tracking referrals, and enabling a smooth referral-to-hire experience.


- Partner with hiring managers to define clear role needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.


- Strengthen employer branding by delivering consistent, high-quality candidate experience across experienced hires, referral, and campus hiring touchpoints.


Employee Experience & HR Operations


- Support HR operations, systems, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency (e.g., HRIS updates, onboarding workflows, compliance checks).


- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, learning opportunities, and culture alignment.


- Provide insights and data through basic HR metrics, recruitment dashboards, and trend analyses to inform people decisions.


- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements maintaining fairness and integrity.


Who is the right Candidate for the job?


We are looking for someone who combines strong business partnering abilities with proven HR execution skills, especially in talent acquisition and people engagement.


Professional Experience & Skills


- 4 to 6 years of HR experience with a mix of HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition responsibilities.


- Demonstrated success in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.


- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.


- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to work with energy and professionalism.


- Analytical mindset with comfort using HR data and basic metrics to track trends and outcomes.


- Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools.


- Experience in an executive search, consulting, or professional services environment is a plus (not mandatory).
