
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment) to lead and manage recruitment activities across various functions.
The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), coordinating with business leaders, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across departments (Non-IT as applicable).
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality.
- Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to managing hiring across multiple functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
