
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR governance standards.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and management information systems (MIS).
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate candidate assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer management, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth completion of joining documentation and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate employee integration into teams and organizational culture.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback for retention improvement.
Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management:
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with payroll processing teams/vendors.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee data before payroll processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related documentation and reporting.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Monitor attendance management systems and maintain accurate records.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation and administration of performance management processes.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee goal-setting activities.
- Track completion of performance reviews and provide necessary support to managers.
- Assist in performance analysis and reporting.
- Support development planning and employee growth initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement assessments.
- Support recognition and reward programs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related matters.
- Facilitate resolution of employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Maintain positive employee relations and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Support disciplinary actions and employee counseling where required.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HRIS & Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee information in HRIS systems.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support HR system upgrades, implementations, and process automation initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
- Support audits related to HR processes and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records and documentation required under applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate compliance activities related to employee benefits and welfare programs.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with department heads and managers on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance, administration, and operations teams for seamless HR operations.
- Support management with workforce analytics and HR insights.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Required Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Human Resources roles.
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar industries preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, and Employee Engagement.
- Hands-on exposure to HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, engineering, or related sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
