Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join their HR Administration team as Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in HR operations and facility management, who thrive in large-scale organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee facility management operations (70% of role), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office infrastructure and employee services.

- Manage HR operations (30% of role), including employee engagement, HR policies, and administrative support.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and efficiency in HR processes.



- Drive initiatives that enhance workplace experience for employees in a 5000+ workforce environment.



- Ensure timely execution of HR administrative tasks and facility-related requirements.


Role Highlights

Experience: 5 to 7 years in HR Administration with a focus on facility management and HR operations.

Exposure: Prior experience in organizations with 5000+ employees.


Location: Mumbai (Work from Office).



Notice Period: Maximum 30 days.
