Designation: Assistant Manager - HWS

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end project sales for Hot Water Solutions

- Build and manage strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, MEP contractors & plumbers

- Generate specifications, conduct product presentations, and follow up on ongoing projects

- Coordinate with channel partners, dealers, and distributors for order execution

- Conduct regular site visits, negotiations, and closures

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Track market activities, competition, and upcoming projects

- Work closely with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and after-sales support

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Hot Water Solutions / Geyser / Heat Pump

- Strong exposure to project sales (residential, commercial, hospitality, government)

- Well-connected with local influencers in Jaipur or Lucknow

- Self-driven, target-focused, and excellent in relationship management

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field preferred

- MBA / Sales background is an added advantage
