Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Description: This position will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, financing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mind set with the ability to provide insights that drive the Companys financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all Accounting Process and Balance Sheet

- Financial Accounting & Reporting under India AS, Manufacturing Finance. Responsible for plant P&L delivery including product gross margins

- Commercial Finance - Credit Limits, GST Compliances, Inventory Management. Direct and Indirect Taxation, Legal & Secretarial, RBI & FEMA Compliances

- Manage the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and year-end financial reports

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

- Work closely with senior management to develop and control the companys annual budget

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team

- MRP and discount structure working

- Business Partnering through actionable and timely MIS on Business Performance

- Manage cash flow and forecasting, develop a reliable cash flow projection process, and reporting mechanism.

- Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.

- Analyze and manage risk, including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.

- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, offering insights and financial advice that will allow the company to make informed business decisions.

- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified CA or ICWA with minimum experience of about 2 to 3 years

- Should be well conversant of Manufacturing Accounts.

- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of all statutory and regulations.

- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
