Hands on work:
- Product Knowledge (Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware, Lighting) , Dealer Management, Customer Handling ,Plumber Meet & Influencer Engagement
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Drive revenue performance across Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware,
- Monitor, track, and improve key product performance for FCNS(Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware,) categories.
- Support dealer growth through regular training, issue resolution, merchandising support, and showroom branding.
- Conduct customer-engagement activities such as visits, Orientation Centre (OC) visits, JDS engagements, and factory tours to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Train dealers and their sales teams on product features, USPs, competition benchmarking, and value propositions.
- Maintain price discipline and ensure brand hygiene across dealer counters.
- Personally handle walk-in customers at dealer counters to ensure effective product demonstration and conversions.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction reports and follow-ups on the company CRM/software until sales closure.
- Generate and act on leads from dealers, trade partners, plumbers, and influencers.
- Organize and conduct plumber meets, product trainings, and installation knowledge sessions.
- Update dealers on new product launches, changes, and modifications.
- Promote the use of dealer portals for quick problem resolution, order-related queries, and latest updates.
- Ensure every customer receives a warranty certificate and educate them on warranty benefits.
- Coordinate with customer care, supply chain, and internal teams to resolve issues related to sales, supplies, and policies.
- Facilitate OC and factory visits for key stakeholders to strengthen their understanding of product range and brand capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong dealer and stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and support.
