We are hiring for a prestigious client in the Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Industry, specializing in: Transmission Line Hardware, Pole Line Hardware, Conductor Accessories, Clamps & Connectors, PVC / XLPE-LT Power Cables, and OPGW Hardware Fittings.

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager International Marketing

Location: UAE

Role: Drive international business development and promote the company's products across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute international market expansion strategies.

- Build and manage distributor, agent, and channel partner networks across global markets.

- Drive business development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

- Lead digital marketing initiatives, website localization, and international brand visibility.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align market requirements with product offerings.

- Monitor market trends, campaign performance, and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Desired Profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing with any reputed Transmission Line Hardware, Towers, Conductors, Insulators, Power T&D, Electrical Equipment, EPC, or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of global markets, channel development, and international business.

- MBA (preferred) / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Engineering.
