Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR Statutory Compliance-10+ years-Pune

An exciting opportunity for experienced HR compliance professionals to lead and manage end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance for a large, dynamic organization. This role requires deep expertise in Indian labour laws, audits, inspections, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a subject matter expert on Indian labour laws and provide advisory support to stakeholders

- Ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, labour laws, and audits

- Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions

- Oversee contract labour compliance, documentation, and statutory remittances

- Drive risk mitigation strategies, compliance training, and policy implementation

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in HR statutory/labour compliance

- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)

- Experience in handling audits, inspections, and government liaisoning

- Background in IT/ITES, shared services, or service industry preferred

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
