Position - Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - HR Business Analyst Location - Worli, Mumbai Qualification - Any Graduate (Full Time) with around 6+ years of exp in any industry (Real estate experience will be an added advantage) Experience - 3-4 years CTC - 12- 14 Lakhs Role : Expertise in HRMS systems - all modules, Hands-on experience of working and implementing SF (success factor) / SAP-HR tools and tech. Understanding of compensation structures and payroll administration. Expertise in RCM/Dashboarding and visualization solutions. Ability to think strategically and to lead large teams. Excellent written/ verbal communication and presentation skill Job Purpose: Business Analyst managing the HR systems like SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HRMS application seamlessly. Interact with end users & support their system requirements. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Conducting business requirement workshops with business teams and communicating feasibility of requirements. 2. Co-ordination between different departments and Program development team in finalization of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through HR business teams. 3. Ensuring seamless execution of SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HRMS related developments and implementation of the same through working with IT vendors and internal business teams. 4. Coordinating with the Business Teams, M&M IT team & Vendor IT teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries of IT solutions (Project Management) 5. Development and adoption of business Dashboards on the Tableau platform 6. Process enhancement through technology development across HR functions 7. Interact with various business user groups to increase user adoption and helping them use the SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HRMS platforms efficiently and effectively through training and refresher sessions 8. Carry out all the above-mentioned tasks for applications other than SuccessFactors (SF) & SAP HRMS for the relevant business functions 9. Ensuring trainings are delivered on new updates & rollouts to stakeholders. 10. User Manual preparation alongside SOP documentation in conjunction with HR business team.
