About:
- Experience in performance monitoring, strategic process improvements and predictive risk management,
- 3-8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation,
- Data Visualization: Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Data Management: SQL, SSMS, data warehousing concepts
- Experience with deep learning, Supervised/unsupervised learning NLP
- Develop predictive models (using AI/ML) to forecast risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Introduce automation and AI-driven insights for predictive management
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Benchmark OTP performance against competitors and industry standards
- Solid experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML pipeline tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
