Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits : - Performance Management activity from Goal Settings to Execution and - Disbursement of Appraisals. - End to end Appraisal Calculation Sheet, Increment Proposals shared with - Leadership team, Disbursement of Variable Pay, Bonus, Incentive Calculations. - Work on various Projects - Optimization Project, Compensation Benchmarking, FTC - Analysis, Grade Change Analysis, Budgeting, Headcount & Cost Analysis. - Preparing Monthly Reports, One Time Payments and Incentive Processing etc. HR Analytics & HR Operations: - Conduct data analysis with ability to translate into actionable insights & Serve as domain expert for HR Analytics across Reliance Retail - HR Forum - Identify and track key metrics and help HR Leaders to focus on their initiatives by highlighting pain areas - Eg, Recruitment, Attrition, Gap Analysis etc. - Closely work with the Management Team on building various Headcount & Cost - Reports, Change Management Domain, Board Presentations, Workforce Management, - Talent Management, Cost Analysis, Benchmarking etc. - Lead data related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity - Incentive - Based Automation for various Business.
