About the Role:
Were seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Secretarial to ensure corporate governance compliance, manage company secretarial operations, and support board and stakeholder communications for a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, stock exchange regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in organizing board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
- Manage corporate filings, statutory registers, and ensure timely submission of reports to regulators.
- Provide advisory support on corporate governance and compliance best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal teams, and investors for secretarial matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies, charters, and frameworks.
- Support the Company Secretary in executing secretarial duties and maintaining governance standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS); Bachelors degree in Law preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and governance practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred:
- Experience in working with listed companies or large corporate houses.
- Exposure to board governance and investor relations.
