About the Role:
We are hiring an Assistant Manager Affiliate & Performance Marketing for a leading client. The role is ideal for growth-focused marketing professionals with strong experience in affiliate and performance marketing, preferably within OTT, digital media, gaming, fintech, or subscription-led businesses.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, attribution platforms, performance metrics, and digital acquisition channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive subscriber/customer acquisition through affiliate and performance marketing channels.
- Build, manage, and scale relationships with affiliate networks, direct publishers, and strategic partners.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve conversion rates, LTV, ROI, and overall channel efficiency.
- Monitor traffic quality, identify performance gaps, and implement fraud prevention and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
- Track, measure, and report key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, partner opportunities, and emerging performance marketing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Total Experience: 3 - 8 years
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Proven track record of driving subscriber acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate-led channels.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPS, and other performance-based commercial models.
- Hands-on experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign tracking, and performance measurement.
- Experience in traffic quality monitoring, compliance management, and fraud detection/prevention.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates from OTT, Digital Media, Gaming, FinTech, Subscription-Based Businesses, Consumer Internet, or high-growth digital platforms will be preferred.
