Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute strategic Talent Acquisition plans for lateral and campus hiring aligned with business goals.

- Lead campus recruitment programs for GET/DET/GT, Industrial Trainees, In-plant Trainees, and Internship hiring across business units.

- Build strong talent pipelines for critical digital, automation, and technology-driven roles.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and hiring strategy.

- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, timelines, budgets, and quality-of-hire metrics.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and candidate databases for effective tracking and reporting.

- Audit and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and robustness.

- Drive employer branding initiatives through campus engagement and digital presence.

- Stay updated on talent market trends, digital transformation, automation, AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0/5.0 developments.

- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.

- Leverage HR technology, AI tools, and recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing and hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers as a trusted advisor on talent strategy.

- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all recruitment stages.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of selected campus hires.

- Drive continuous process improvement, recruitment automation, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, and evolving industry trends.

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

- Expertise in lateral and campus hiring strategies.

- Proficiency in HR technology, recruitment analytics, and process optimization.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
