Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through 360-degree media solutions including content space, online, radio, outdoor, and print.
- Develop budget plans and ensure achievement of annual revenue targets through effective team leadership.
- Manage and oversee print and digital media portfolios across multiple categories such as Industrial & Corporate, Real Estate, FMCG, Durables, and Telecom for the Bengaluru region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Provide strategic direction to the sales team for expanding business opportunities and strengthening market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and enhance portfolio performance.
Incumbent Profile
- A strategic Ad Sales professional with 10-12 years of experience across print, broadcast, OTT, and digital media.
- Proven track record in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and delivering measurable results across diverse industry verticals.
- Skilled in integrated sales strategies, category development, and client engagement at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of client businesses, brands, and categories, with the ability to design customized media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
