Role Overview:
The Assistant General Manager Logistics supports the Head of Logistics in leading end-to-end logistics operations across the group's multi-brand portfolio, including international inbound, customs and trade compliance, distribution centre and 3PL management, store replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment, and reverse logistics.
The role drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and the adoption of automation, analytics, and AI to enhance logistics performance across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound freight, customs, warehousing, 3PL management, store replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment, and reverse logistics.
- Manage logistics costs, vendor performance, freight procurement, and service levels to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and effective risk management across the logistics network.
- Lead logistics transformation initiatives involving WMS, TMS, ERP integration, automation, AI-enabled forecasting, inventory optimization, and process improvement.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across logistics operations.
- Deputize for the Head of Logistics when required and lead, coach, and develop regional logistics teams.

Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years' experience in logistics and supply chain within retail, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in distribution centre operations, 3PL management, customs and trade compliance, and omni-channel fulfilment across Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in logistics optimization, cost reduction, and leading transformation initiatives.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools, and AI-enabled logistics solutions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead high-performing regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; professional certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous. Fluent English required; regional language skills are an advantage.
