Job role- AGM - Human Resource

Location- Pune

Qualification- MBA HR - CS or CA Qualified who have worked in the HR field

Years of Exp- 15+ Years

Shift Timings- Flexi timing 9 hrs working between (8 am to 8 pm )

Working Days- Mon - Fri (On- site)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team for effective service delivery

- Act as a key advisor to management on workforce planning, structure, and policies

Payroll Management

- Oversee accurate and timely payroll for ~400 employees

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls

- Coordinate with finance for audits, reconciliations, and reporting

Compensation & Benefits

- Manage compensation structures and annual increment cycles

- Conduct market bench-marking for competitive pay practices

- Administer employee benefits (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Insurance, Welfare)

- Ensure compliance with compensation-related statutory norms

Learning & Development

- Design and implement L&D strategy

- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual plans

- Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives

- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness

Employee Engagement & HR Communication

- Drive employee engagement and enhance workplace culture

- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

- Ensure clear and transparent HR communication

Talent Acquisition

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy

- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning

- Lead recruitment across lateral, bulk, and leadership hiring

- Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience

- Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)

Qualification & Experience

- Master's Degree / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent

- 15-20 years of progressive HR experience

- Strong exposure to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development

- Experience leading HR for mid-sized organizations (300-700 employees)

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements

- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
