Description:

Our clients are a leading manufacturing organization based in suburban Mumbai. Our clients are seeking a highly accomplished HR professional to lead talent management and HR operations from the company's head office.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

1. Job Overview:

- Will lead the development and execution of talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.


- This role will focus on talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and campus programs to build a strong talent pipeline across the organization.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

- The AGM - HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. This leader will ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Lead the recruitment and selection process for upgrading the Organization

- Nurture a positive working environment with the workforce

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Supervise Payroll, policies and benefits program.

- Strong HR Business Partner to cross-functional leaders

- Regional Talent Development SPOC to India for APAC to conduct talent councils, 9-box, succession planning, IDPs, etc.

Candidate Profile:

1. MBA in Human Resources (2-year full-time) from a reputed institute with 12-22 years experience in talent acquisition and management.

2. Will report to the Head-HR

3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
