Assistant General Manager - Human Resource - Healthcare

Have an opportunity for one of our client in the Healthcare space for AGM HR role for Mumbai location.

- 10-15 years' experience in Talent management & HR Business Partnering in the (i.e. Talent Development, Succession Planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation, and benefits)

- Should have experience in managing in a global environment and driving best people practices

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.

- Candidates from Healthcare/Hospital/Retail/Telecom & FMCG only preferred

Expert in handling Strategic HR & IR roles:

- HR Operations

- Manpower planning

- Budgeting

- Talent Acquisition

- L&D and & Succession Planning.

- Strengthening HR Architecture, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, OD Intervention,

- Driving cultural transformation through PMS, Balanced Scorecards, HR Shared Services, Talent Management, HR Automation

- Position reports to Head HR
