Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HRIS.
- Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support statutory compliance related to labor laws, ESI, PF, and other HR regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
3. Performance Management:
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).
- Assist in performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
- Facilitate goal-setting and competency mapping exercises.
4. Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize technical and behavioral training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain development records.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Drive engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
