Assistant General Manager - HR Operations - Building Material Division - Conglormerate

We are hiring an AGM HR Operations for building material division of a leading Indian conglormerate based out of Mumbai.

Role Overview:

Looking for a strong HR Operations professional to lead and drive operational excellence across core HR processes. The role requires exposure to mature organizations with strong governance, systems, and large employee base management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll governance and operations

- F&F, retirals and employee lifecycle management

- HR policy implementation and adherence

- Change management initiatives

- Employee grievance handling and resolution

- HR process optimization and compliance

- Driving operational efficiency and stakeholder management

- Team leadership and capability building

Ideal Candidate:

- Full Time MBA HR

- Strong exposure to HR operations in complex organizations

- Experience handling large-scale employee operations

- Process-oriented and execution-focused

- Exposure to transformation/change projects preferred

- Stable career progression preferred
