Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across CGI, Creative, and Support functions, ensuring closures within defined TAT.
- Maintain a structured talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs in line with sales projections.
- Partner with hiring managers and business heads to forecast, plan, and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and drive direct sourcing strategies to optimize hiring cost and quality, ensuring direct sourcing is 90%.
- Monitor and report key hiring metrics, including source mix, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and joining timelines.
- Assist in global hiring coordination.
- Ensure Train the Trainer (TTT) program achieves the desired strategic aim of organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Work in close coordination with the Senior Manager - HRBP to maintain policy compliance, employee records, statutory requirements, HRMS and employee lifecycle management.
- Support payroll input consolidation, employee documentation, and audit readiness for all HR transactions.
- Assist in policy communication and operational rollout of updated HR guidelines and procedures.
- Assist in Quarterly PMS and reviews of all the divisions.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Assist in employee engagement activities tailored to different divisions.
- Conduct stay interviews, manage grievances, and escalate employee concerns in a structured and timely manner, in coordination with senior manager of HRBP.
- Monitor attrition trends and provide insights for intervention planning.
- Coordinate Rewards & Recognition programs and internal communication efforts to promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Analytics & MIS Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on recruitment, headcount, attrition, and employee for GM HR's review.
- Leverage data to identify trends, flag anomalies, and recommend operational improvements.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for internal HR projects, initiatives, and ensure updated KPI's exist for all divisions of Adnet.
Learning & Development Coordination
- Liaise with department heads to support functional training programs for Photoshop, Maya, and other role-specific upskilling needs.
- Track participation and feedback from learning sessions and support any external training coordination.
- Maintain training records and follow up on skill development requirements from performance discussions.
