Basic Requirements
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent
Experience: 13 to 18 years
Handle end to end HRBP For Sales & Customer Support (India)
Headcount - 450+
Scope of Work & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for partnering with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management and the Customer Support verticle and providing strategic input related to People Management.
- Talent Development
- Counselling.
- Disciplinary Actions
- Prepare and Monitor the Annual Budget for the HR Department in line to the focus area of the organization.
- Traveling to different offices pan India and connecting with stakeholders.
- Understand key business challenges and organization needs; communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and get results.
- Drive the change Management initiative for Organisational development.
- Provide insightful data analytices to the leaderhip and enable them for data driven decision making.
- Drive the annual performance appraisal process, Goalsetting and deployment, performance feedback discussions in the business while strict adherence to the specified timelines. Devise strategies for handling performance issues for Sales, Marketing, Product Management & Customer support.
- Drive Strategic HR interventions contributing in formulation and implementation of Business/HR strategy.
- Drive the Employee Engagement initiatives including Rewards & recognition, employee connect programs.
