Assistant General Manager/Head - Legal - Medical Equipment - LLB

We are looking for a seasoned Legal professional to lead our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong legal acumen, capable of independently managing all legal and compliance matters. We seek a proactive leader who can provide sound legal counsel, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance while effectively partnering with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Our client a leading Indian medical device manufacturer with 12 global facilities and presence across 125+ countries is looking for a Head Legal (AGM Level) to drive strategic legal excellence and compliance across the organization.

Location: Delhi

Industry Preference: Medical Devices / Pharma

What Youll Do:

- Lead the Legal & Compliance function end-to-end

- Draft, review & negotiate commercial and vendor contracts

- Oversee Mergers & Acquisitions and Import/Export compliances

- Manage corporate law, IPR, litigation & employment law matters

- Partner with leadership, regulators & external counsel

What Were Looking For:

- LLB from a recognized university

- 12-20 years of experience in Legal & Compliance (preferably in Manufacturing / Pharma / Medical Devices)

- Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Contracts, IPR & Regulatory Affairs
